About The Maples
The Maples Nursing Home and Assisted Living facility is a dually-certified 60-bed skilled nursing and 28-bed assisted living facility situated in the scenic and convenient-to-reach area of Bluefield, West Virginia. We are ideally located within 10 minutes of Bluefield Regional Medical Center and Princeton Community Hospital, as well as many area physician’s offices.
The Maples is the oldest family-owned facility in Bluefield, WV. Since we opened our doors three decades ago, we have become an integral part of the community. We treat each resident with compassion, integrity, and respect for human dignity in a positive living environment.
